el agave is my favorite restaurant 2 go 2, i went there with my girlfriend, everything was good but the waiter was kinda rude, and took a while to check on us to see if we needed something, and also he wasnt talkative or friendly to me as a customer, i kept asking another waiter to get my order because my waiter would take long and this is not the first time i get this same waiter, the guy said his name was jose luis. If you go to el agave please check that your waiter is not jose luis. pleaseee. Also the lady that drops off the chips to your table is very rude, she doesnt smile and just throws the bowl on the table. other than that the food is awesome....but very bad customer service who dont deserve good tips. They need their old waiters back.

“Chips are warm / salsa...”

Chips are warm / salsa fresh with slight kick / margaritas are excellent. We have tried the El Agave platter and fajitas are excellent / love the beans

“A great deal in Warrenton!”

We found El Agave because of a good review on another website. We're glad we went -- all of the dishes we tried were well spiced and tasted authentic. The lunch specials are tasty and inexpensive. Two of us had fajitas, which were delicious, although they only came with beans and rice. It would be even better if they offered a side plate with lettuce, tomatoes, guacamole and cheese for a couple of dollars more. We had four lunch specials and a guacamole appetizer, and our total bill for four people was about $40 with a good tip.

One caution -- make sure you check directions before going. It's tucked away in a small mall between a Peebles and Blockbusters, and it's not easy to find.
