We were looking for an inexpensive, but clean and safe place to stay. We initially booked the Best Western and decided against it after looking at the reviews here. This hotel had decent review, so we decided to book this one.
The hotel is located a few miles from Colonial Williamsburg. You'll pass by two or three other Comfort Inns before you arrive to this one. If you have a car and don't mind driving 10 minutes or so, the location isn't that bad. As noted, it is right next to the prime outlets. I am used to large outlet malls, and this one is pretty small (they say over 90 stores, but in my opinion it didn't look like there were that many stores), but its an outlet mall nontheless.
Winter isn't exactly the most popular time for tourism in Williamsburg, so there weren't that many people staying there so it was quiet and peaceful.
The room was spacious and clean. We reserved a two double bed non-smoking room, but it looked like a " full bed" and not a double. A bit tight for two people to sleep on. Sheets, bedcovers, and blankets were clean and warm. The TV was not very clear (fuzzy), but we didn't watch it that much and it didn't bother us.
Breakfast was pretty good considering that we only paid $50 (including tax) for the night which included breakfast. They had a juice machine, Coffee, Cereal (cold and hot), pastries, apples and oranges, and a waffle machine to make your own waffles with.
Overall, my stay here was very pleasent. I would stay here again, and I would recommend anybody that is on a tight budget to stay here as well.
