We ate one evening at Sal's by Victor. We always like to try local restaurants and avoid the chains as much as possible so picking Sal's by Victor seemed like a good choice. I had the eggplant and my husband had a chicken, rosemary and garlic pasta dish on the specials. Both were very good. The meals are reasonable size and included a fairly good salad with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, onion, olives. The restaurant has a lots of families and is very family friendly (i.e. affordable and accommodating to having younger children). So if you are looking for a super romantic dinner this isn't the place. To save 10% try to pick up the free restaurant guide book at CW visitor center or your hotel (there are many discount coupons in there). Also it is kind of tricky to find. The Food Lion has changed hands and is now a 'Blooms' supermarket. It is in the plaza with the CVS and Radio Shack on Richmond Ave. It is in the very corner of the plaza.
