We went there for Valentine's and had a great time. Although it's expensive, the meat is tender and excellent. When you ask for your meat to be served rare or blue, the chef DOES cook it the way YOU want. I had the bread pudding with whisky cream for dessert and this was very good too. Unlike El Gaucho, you won't spend the night in the bathroom after going to Ruth's Chris!

Decent steak and convenient if you're in Bellevue. For a less chain-like place with a better flavor of the local area, I'd recommend crossing the bridge to Seattle for the Met or El Gaucho.
