Fool me once shame on you is my motto. Still, I gave Skylarks a second look and came up as disappointed as the first time. We had to wait forever to get our food. Since we were parked right next to the wait station, we had time to look around and watch the action. We observed several questionable issues. First, the dishwasher came out with a tray of clean silverware and sat it over a trash can while refilling the silverware at the wait station. The floor was so greasy that waitresses were slipping and sliding on the tile floor. The walls were speckled with debris from poorly mopped floors and spattered food and the carpet was filthy. When the food arrived it tasted like that of a bad coffee shop. Won't get my attention a third time.
