Stayed one night on July 3rd after having trouble with reservations at other hotels in Redmond and Kirkland. Found the Inn's location, though in an industrial area and not scenic, VERY convenient to the nearby Woodinville wineries; you are less than 10 minutes away from the beautiful Chateau Ste. Michelle winery!
Our second floor king room was clean and fairly spacious, but was dark. (It overlooked the pool/courtyard, but a tree blocked the window.) The furnishings were comfortable and wireless internet was available. Bathroom amenities were average.
The breakfast was so-so to good, but the selections were far better than the usual hotel continental breakfast: make-your-own waffles, oatmeal (with a variety of fixin's), bagels, cereal, muffins, eggs, bacon, juices, and coffees. Cookies are even available in the lobby all day.
The pool and jacuzzi are a plus. Despite it being an outdoor pool in Western Washington (short summers), we were still able to make use of it and thought it was a nice feature. It appeared to be well-maintained and had plenty of seating available.
Customer service was excellent -- from check-in to check-out. The kitchen staff even stored some of our leftovers in their refrigerator since we neglected to book a room with a mini-fridge.
We would definitely stay here again for its location near the wineries and for the value (paid $109 for the night). We are thankful to have had difficulties booking a room at other properties -- we probably wouldn't have even considered staying in Bothell or at the Country Inn & Suites.
