This is a good hotel. It is very clean, has updated furnishings and beddings and has a good shower. We would stay here again. The staff was friendly and very accomodating with our request for early check in. Only one employee didn't seem to fit. I don't know if they were having a bad day or what, but the individual working the front desk at night didn't seem to be suited to a customer service related job. The pool was on the small side, but the children and I enjoyed it while my husband was doing business elsewhere. It has great access to the freeway and we were able to get where we wanted with minimal trouble. I would recommend this hotel to any traveler wishing for a clean, accessible place to stay.

The rooms in this hotel are always good. The breakfast room is small for a HI Express. The Breakfast selection is narrow - low quality orange juice, no bread for toast (bagels or english muffins only). Everett HI Express is a little better for breakfast.

We stayed here for 3 nights late April. It is a very nice hotel, the rooms are well put together lovely furniture and very comfortable beds, best hotel beds I’ve had. Lots of pillows and each pillow case say ‘soft’ or ‘firm’ on them. The check-in girl (April 21) had a bit of an attitude but everyone else was helpful and friendly. The breakfast is the standard HI Express which is great, lots of items to choose from. Coffee and tea are available all day and fresh baked cookies at night. The pool is nice and clean, although a bit small, lots and lots of comfy towels available, but to enter the bathroom you have to go out into the main hallway. The nice sized fridge and microwave were wonderful to have. Nice washer and dryer on site too. A limited workout room but enough, and a computer room is available too. No hotel movies but DVD and video machine were in the room and movies were apparently available at the front desk. Easy access to the freeway and lots of services right there but not much to do close by.

Holiday Inn hit the traveler’s mark so well they offer their Shower Head, Shower Curtain Rod and Bath Towels via the web. Loved them so much that I ordered all three for our new house. The Breakfast bar could have been better but I wouldn't give up the hotel's +++'s for a better offering at the breakfast bar. Glad I took everyone's reviews from here and stayed for 4 of my 5 days we spent in the Seattle area. We wished we hadn't spent the extra day in Leavenworth and stayed here and traveled to Leavenworth. There are few good restaurants in the area of the hotel.
