“xtreme Value and Quality!”

My wife and I just stayed here, and had picked the Best Western because as a truck driver, I know they are dependable. BUT, once we checked in to this particular Best Western, WOW! :)

This room was PERFECT! We have NO complaints, nor found ANYTHING wrong or unclean! The room was EXTREMELY clean in fact! I even look inside of the water tank in the coffee pot, no dust, no bugs, nothing, very clean! :)

Everything worked, and the room had every amenity you could ask for, including an iron, and radio alarm clock! The shower is totally set up for ANYONE to use, including a fold down bench!

The Jacuzzi was HUGE! No problem for 2 people! ;)

The entire hotel is awesome (This classy establishment is NOT a "motel"!!!!)! My wife used the pool and excercise room, and they have a computer room to!

It is worth noting, we got lucky, the off season rate was only 2 digits + tax! But, even the spring or summer rate of about $140 plus tax would STILL be VERY worth it!!!!!!!!!!

We strongly urge fellow travelers to consider The Best Western Kennewick for ANY stay in the Tri-Cities WA (Pasco, Richland, Kennewick) or surrounding areas!

See our photos we submitted to realize the value and quality of this establishment! We will be back!!!!!!

I just have to second the motion that this hotel is the one of the finest of the Best Westerns out there. If you want to feel assured of getting a great stay at a reasonable price, pick this inn. Read the following reviews for more details about the exceptional service, great rooms and FABULOUS breakfast.

“Best Best Western ever!”

All the other reviewers comments fit perfectly.
The breakfast is as described.
The location was accurate.
The rooms are large, well maintained and clean.
There is a microwave and refrigerator in every room.
The pool is very nice and open 24 hours. I swam at 5 am.

And using the business center in the hotel is FREE! A first in my extensive business travel experiences.
I even made mutiple copies that I left behind at home for my 8 a.m. meeting.
The business center internet land line was down, but the whole hotel is wireless in every room. I did not bring my laptop, but brought a flash drive. They loaned me a wireless laptop to use. I downloaded and printed my copies, checked my email. and make copies on their copy machine for my meeting. All at no cost to me. Amazing.

There are also always enough desk staff on duty in this hotel that there is no waiting. And the staff are exceptionally helpful and responsive---they recommend restaurants, give directions, all very customer oriented service.....
It was a delight to stay here, and we were paying government rates which are lower than the norm.
An exceptional place. I would highly recommend this to other business travelers.
Now if there would duplicate this closer to Batelle I would be in Heaven!

“Perfect desert stay”

This hotel is a gem in the desert. I stay here at least 5 times a year visiting family and friends and it gets better every time. The rooms are clean and comfortable, they have excellent air-conditioning and are well lit. All the rooms have microwaves, mini fridges, irons, ironing boards, and hair dryers. If you forget your toothbrush or shaving cream, they have complimentary ones at the front desk.

There are fresh cookies and popcorn at check in, it is always fast and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast in the mornings is excellent, I have never been dissapointed like is so common at other hotels. You have so many choices, not just cereal and juice. On this trip, there were fresh biscuits and gravy, waffles, french toast, bagels, english muffins, toast, scrambled eggs, sausage, muffins, fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal cereal, and pastries. Add several types of juice, tea, and coffe, and it fills you up for the rest of the day!

The pool and spa area is very clean and maintained, my children have spent many happy evenings swimming there. There are vending machines in the lobby and free newspapers every day. Add to all this an excellent location right off the highway close to drugstores, a Super Wal-Mart, specialty shops, a home improvement center and several fast food restaurants, and this place wins, hands down, over every other hotel in the Tri-City area.

“Excellent location & Hotel!”

Just got home from a two nights stay at this wonderful hotel! The rooms where large and clean with very comfortable beds! I traveled with my three children and my sister in-law with her three kids. We had rooms side by side on the third floor. Never heard any noice from her room nor the outside with other children running in the hall. The comp. breakfast was superb! Everything from waffles, scrambled or hard boiled eggs, fruit, french toast, pasty, yogart or ceral! So much to choose from and so good! Excellent place to stay with kids! Pool was wonderful and so relaxing after a day out. The only thing I can say was that the first night the pool had been rented by a local for a party. This was a wild very unsupervised party of 25 kids! with only three parents to look over. They spent three hours and finally left but not without a window broken from their visit!
Front desk staff was very nice and the warm cookies where wonderful! Free popcorn too! Will stay again if ever in the area! Will also be looking at other Best Western Motels for future stays in other areas! They won my heart! Not the old best westerns I remember from my younger days that for sure!
