I took my husband here for our anniversary and it was very nice in every way. For the price we paid, it was excellent! The hotel staff was very efficient and gave us good directions to a local restaurant. The hotel seemed quite new and very clean. I liked how the hotel was designed, more like a condo than a hotel. The hotel is in a quiet location, yet close to IKEA and the Southcenter Mall. We had a downstairs room and never heard anyone outside or upstairs at all, even with two very large windows. We had a very comfortable king size bed with reading lights and end tables on both sides of the bed. There was also a loveseat and small coffee table in our room. The bathroom was pristinely clean. There was a very nice kitchen too that included a medium size refigerator, microwave, stove, stainless steel sink, glasses, plates, all the usual kitchen items, plus coffee and a coffeemaker. A small kitchen table/desk was available for eating on or for using a laptop. The free Internet access was very easy to use. There was an Ethernet cable inside the mirrored closet, for which I was grateful since I needed it to access the service. The large TV had many stations including HBO which was on a swivel, which we appreciated. The heater/air conditioner was very quiet so we left it on overnight which is something I don't usually do since I am a light sleeper. The continental breakfast was very good and nicely presented. There were cereals, bagels, juices, coffee, teas, and more; even rice with chopsticks. Breakfast tables were in the lobby with a lit fireplace nearby so there was a nice relaxing ambience. The outdoor pool was very inviting but I didn't have time to use it. Checkout time was at noon but they let me stay until 12:30pm. It was a very nice place to stay in a good centrally-located yet quiet location.
