Our family had to stay for two nights as part of a group reservation, 4 people in a double room. Upon arrival, the first sight to greet us was someone else's excrement in the supposedly clean toilet. Great.

In-room coffee was provided, but there was but one package of creamer and 2 packs of sugar.

We asked for a 6 am wakeup call, and received none.

There was no soap in the shower dispenser so I got to wash with shampoo/conditioner.

Brought all this to the attention of the desk staff (written on Hotel notepaper, one of three sheets available) the first morning and they assured me they would take care of it all, apologized all over the place, and that was that.

Well, we spent the day away at an event in Wenatchee and came back to the hotel about 9:30 pm to find that the bathroom had not been cleaned, the floor had not been vacuumed, the soap in the shower had not been replenished, still no sugar or creamer, and we had ONE clean towel to share between us. They took the two we had hung up to dry and re-use.

So, another trip to the desk where I was given 2 towels instead of 3, one small cake of soap (only housekeeping staff have the key to the soap dispenser, but obviously they don't know how to use it) and another pitiful apology as well as a promise to deliver another clean towel. Haven't seen it yet!

Our collective opinion is: DO NOT spend $117 per night per family to get service/attention to detail that was much worse than any flea-bag motel we've been in. This is definitely a DO NOT BOOK!

The Quality Inn advertises heated pool and 7 free HBO channels.
We stayed at the formerly Landsberg Inn now a Quality Inn over the Labor Day weekend. The Sweetheart Suite advertised sparkling cider and chocolates. The room was quaint and very comfortable.
If you are "into" television the HBO channels were not available, the hotel said that they were changing from Sattellite TV to digital cable so that problem may be resolved before you arrive, check it out.

The sparkling cider was only about 7 oz. The chocolate was two miniture milky way bars (Halloween Miniature style). One would think that this Bavarian town with its delightful chocolate shops that they could have given out real chocolate... The room was $230 per night so a regular $1.50 bottle of sparkling cider and a couple of chocolates might have set them back $5.

The hot tub was really nice. The pool was really cold, if you like swimming in Puget Sound or are into the cold water you will love it. Otherwise, beware of the cold before taking that plunge.

You will like the continental breakfast if you like making your own waffles!

very pleasant place to stay for business or pleasure. now no longer part of Rodeway franchise Renamed langston Inn but they have kept high standards of customer service and rooms

I would recommend the Rodeway Inn to anyone. We got to know Josh and Phyllis who work there. They are two of the nicest people along with the rest of the staff. We had a nice room, very quiet and only a 5 or 10 minute walk to town. We enjoyed the pool and the exercise room. Very clean and tidy rooms.Diane Hogoboom
