Service was great; when I called the "all in one" button, response was fast and courteous. I was ill and was moved up to a higher floor to accommodate my need for quiet. Heavenly beds are just that--heavenly. Location on Kaanapali beach is close to restaurants and shopping; great for people watching. Am planning on coming back for my anniversary.

The staff was terrific, very responsive and the hotel is relaxing and beautiful. I felt well taken care of from the moment I arrived until I left to return home. The room was amazing, comfortable and with a breathtaking view of the ocean and the whales! I highly recommend this resort to all, I know that I will return many times.

The Westin Maui was great! It was our honeymoon and we got upgraded to a suite. We are not sure if they over booked our room or if they were just giving us a wedding gift. Our stay was amazing. Every morning we would wake up and watch the whales right off of our balcony. Their pool grounds were also amazing. A great environment for kids and adults. Their staff knew us by our first names and were very friendly. Their beds were also pretty sweet...made it hard to get up in the morning. I rate this hotel a 5 out of 5!!

Yvonne, our consierge was extremely helpful. Very good service at restaurants at the hotel. Bellman was also extremely friendly and helpful- went out of his way to bring us an extra suitcase stand.
