One of the highlights of our trip.

Earlier this year my husband, me and my neice and her boyfriend took a Segway tour in San Francisco. It was a blast. My husband is over 60, I am over 50 and my neice and her friend are 20. We all loved it. We spent about a half hour learning how to ride it. Then we went around for about 3 1/2 hours. We stayed off the hills. The tour was from Fishermans Warf and went along the bay. We had some great views of the bay and the bridge. We stopped along the way for a snack. The guide was really good and told us alot about the city and the area. We all enjoyed it so much that this fall we did the same thing in Washington DC where we live. The best part is that it is only $65 each. I think that is a real bargin for something so cool.

A friend and I went on a San Francisco Segway tour in July. As first timers to this city, a segway tour was a must! We were guided by Lawrence, who was very easy going and friendly and very informative- especially on the night life in San Fran! The training was first rate.

We'll definitely be recommending Segway tours to our friends and family because it's a worthwhile and memorable experience that we hope to have again in the near future!

p.s Segways were featured on Australia's Big Brother and all our friends got soooooo jealous because they found out we'd already been on one!
