Location of this hotel is very good. About a 8-10 min walk to Union square, in a safe part of town. Lobby and room was very nicely furnished and clean, and the staff very friendly but proffessional. The only possible problems with this hotel is that the front street can get very noisy during the night, with rubbish collections and deliveries etc, so if you're a light sleeper ask for a room at the back. Also our room had an interconnecting door to another suite which i initially disliked, but in actual fact was not a problem at all. Rarely heard any noise from the other room, maybe it was empty?!
The hotel restaurant is good too. We only ate breakfast there once, but it was tasty food with relaxed service, and reasonably priced for a hotel restaurant.
Overall i'd recommend this hotel, and would visit again. We paid £192 (inc all taxes) with Expedia for 4 nights, which is quite a bargain in retrospect.
