Business serviceMy brother and I were on a roadtrip and needed a place to stay at 10PM last night (4-4-08). We saw the hotel from I-95 and decided to give it a try. After driving ALL DAY from Florida, it was a relief to have such a fast check-in. The room (418) was lovely...the beds, and PILLOWS especially, were really comfortable. Cool flat panel TV that was large. Lots of nice Neutrogena bath products, and plenty of towels. Even though we didn't use it, there was a nice area for food prep with a fridge and microwave. Internet connected fast and with no troubleshooting necessary...was part of the hotel amenities. Even though our room overlooked the interstate, there was no noise from the traffic. All in all, a good fast stop that was made even better by how comfortable it was. And...it was close to a shopping area with restaurants within walking distance.

ServiceThe Hilton Garden Inn White Marsh offers a good base for your Baltimore trip. It's about a half hour drive from the airport, a half hour drive from downtown Baltimore. A friend and I stayed there for a wedding. Upon arriving the first night, we thought we had gotten in too late to get a bite from the hotel restaurant. Although they were just about to close up, they took our order and kept the kitchen open a little later to accommodate us. My friend forgot her toothbrush, and the front desk supplied her with a new one free of charge. And the next morning, when I asked if there was a dry cleaner nearby (we needed to get our bridesmaids' dresses pressed), they told us to drop them off at the front desk for the hotel's dry cleaning service; they were pressed and hanging in our room closet just a few hours later (and for a very affordable fee). There's also free parking, which was a boon for us. And the rooms were squeaky clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Baltimore area.

Business serviceWe are from the UK and have stayed in several American chains but hadn't tried this one until now. We stayed 3 nights and will be adding it to our list. The room was excellent and although there was no free breakfast, it was only $10 which by UK standards is cheap and included cooked to order breakfast, fruit, juice, toast, pastries etc. Location is good, there is also a great shopping mall right nearby. We thought from previous postings we would be able to get a train fairly near but the reception staff thought not so we drove into Baltimore which was convenient but quite expensive to park. Would definitely try this chain again.

Business serviceWe stayed here on the way home from a holiday visit with family, and were very pleased. Hilton Garden Inn is a name I trust, as all of my experiences with them have been extremely positive. The hotel is fresh, new, and spotlessly clean, and the staff is very warm and friendly; the hostess at the restaurant actually engaged us in conversation. The only drawback--if I can even call it that--was that our room backed up directly to I-95 and we could hear the traffic. This was easily solved by running the fan all night. We will definitely stay here in the future!
