OK, this review is just a little late - we were in New Orleans mid November of 2007, but I feel compliments are in order.

I arranged a surprise Birthday trip for my wife, who is a case manager for a local ghost hunter group, to New Orleans, and wanted to arrange some ghost tours for her. A friend had told me that they had heard about Bloody Mary, so I gave her a call. She helped coordinate two custom tours (a ghost/history tour and a cemetery tour) for us that was tailored to my wife's interests.

Needless to say, the tours were both very entertaining, informative and historical. I learned a lot about New Orleans history, not just simply the haunted aspects. I also got to see alot of the French Quarter area that I had never seen or noticed before.

And I tell you, I am somewhat skeptical about ghosts and mediums, etc., but I certainly had a very personal and unusual experience at Jean Lafitte's bar. Since the tours were a surprise for my wife, and geared towards her, I was not expecting nor looking for anything to happen to me, yet several unexplainable events happened that were not only very personal, it was somewhat remarkable.

Anyway, I'm sure not everyone experiences "something" on her tours, but aside from that, the tours are definitely worth enjoying, and you really get to truly experience and appreciate more of New Orleans.

Bloody Mary gave a great "Tour of the Undead" in the French Quarter. She is a great story teller and is very connected to the city and is a practicing medium so she definitely seems to have more authenticity than many of the other tour guides (most of which are larger companies where you never know who you're going to get as a guide). The tour is a little over two hours and she weaves rich tales about various famous buildings throughout the French Quarter. Even if you don't believe in ghosts, she'll have you intrigued during this tour. She also gives you a chance to take pictures of "orbs" which anyone that has seen ghost hunting shows on TV will know are supposedly spirits caught on camara. All of us in our group were able to capture orbs on our cameras, which was pretty cool.

I would definitely recommend a Bloody Mary tour while in New Orleans - you'll definitely have a fun time and get your money's worth!

My husband I were vacationing in New Orleans LA in late March (7th time) and again the Cresent City welcomed us with abiding hospitality. As usual ,we included several tours--3 Cajun Pride, 1 Haunted History and 2 Blooyd Mary's Tours.As a Certified Medium, 25 years, I was humbled and privileged to be part of her tours--these are exceptional and unique--her knowledge and wisdom of the sites she guided us thru was truly amazing--to say she is the 'real thing' is an understatement...as a medium, to note the love and respect she showed at the varying cementaries (from the wealthiest to the poorest) and the joy that the 'spirits' showed at our visit was so exciting. Both the Cementary and Ghost Tours were superb and I would most highly recommen Bloody Mary's Tours---[--]--wishing you the greatest of times--enjoy--she is a master. E. Hailwood-4/10/08

have done other 'haunted' tours in new orleans & other cities but this was byfar one of the best. Youngest son just loved the Cemetary tour & next time in town going to try her other tours. if your in town do one of her tours THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!
