On Oct 15, 2008 General Manager Jamaro Thomas, Ofvenita Peterson, caused our company to lose our major client. I booked 34 double rooms & 1 King room for one night. I send my rooming list and credit card information two months prior. When we arrive around 10:30 pm we were told that they were sold out of double bed room, and they have kings only. I had a group over 50 adults and students who paid their money for a double bed not a king and a pull-out soft. We finally check into our rooms at 12:45 am. This hotel has destroyed my reputation for repeat business from this group. They did not even give me my comp room as stated on hotel contact.
