We stayed here for 5 nights while attending a Tony Robbins seminar (which was excellent). The rooms are the usual Hampton Inn type, which I think are quite nice. The front desk staff was VERY, VERY helpful to us on several occasions. I have two complaints, though. We were on the third floor, and the street noise was too loud for me. The windows have no soundproofing. If you stay on a higher floor, you would probably avoid most of the noise. My other (minor) complaint is about the free breakfast. Though I don't expect much from this type of buffet, the one at this hotel was less than adequate. I had a stale bagel. The mixed fruit tasted like it had spoiled. I think the hotel could do better in this area. Would I stay here again? YES, but only if I could get a room on a high floor. This is a decent hotel if you are paying between $99 and $129. I'd look around a bit if it costs much more than this.
