Also dined at Bull Ring 6/9/07. Indoor seating is cozy and classy, although kind of non-descript. Outdoor seating is in the courtyard section of an office complex that is very cute and quiet after hours. Steak was quality beef and cooked right, prices generally in the $25-$35 range. Not the best steak I've ever put in my mouth, but pretty much exactly what I expected, as someone who frequents this type of steak house on every vacation. Count on a good meal at the Bull Ring.

My wife & I went to the Bull Ring on 6/9/07 and had a wonderful experience. The staff was very professional and we were able to choose our seats in the cozy, recently redesigned dining area.

We started with the seared tuna appetizer, which was tender and delicious. Better than any of the Japanese restaurants in Santa Fe! We both had the New York Strip (14 oz.) as our entrée.

The steaks were cooked to perfection (medium rare) and were thick, tender and juicy. Delicious! The wine list is also quite good. If you’re looking for steaks in Santa Fe, the Bull Ring is the local’s secret choice.
