Chose this hotel as my usual hotel in Shetland was fully booked. I will not stay there again. Found staff to be aloof and unhelpful. Food and service very poor. Hotel is in a nice location so it is...more

A disappointment... My room was tiny - this is Shetland, for goodness sake, they're hardly short of space. And noisy - I was always woken up before 6am by staff clattering around. Yes, the restaurant...more

Really enjoyed my stay here. We were a group of 5 and the staff were excellent. Very welcoming and catered for all our needs. Nice freindly, homely approach to all of us. Thanks. more
