A nice hotel with a terrible service. From the the moment you check-in you realize the the staff is not there to make your life easy. The hotel deserved a much better management and employees more

My husband, 2 year old son and I stayed here for a week in May 2008. Granted the staff don't speak much if any English, but they understood my small amount of Spanish and we found them very helpful....more
