Adults may find that New Providence doesn't provide all the partying opportunities that they expect.   It can be intense in the weekends but the rest of the week will demand some extra thinking to make a good plan for the night.  In Nassau, there are some bars with live music such as the Green Parrot. Senor Frogs is a spot worth trying: it gets a nice and big crowd and it turns into a dance club at night. You can also dance at Club 601, Fluid Lounge, Bambu on the wharf, Envy, Pure or Club Waterloo.   There's even a Rock and Roll Club just east of the bridge at Crazy Johnny's.

The Flamingo Cafe has cuban music and entertainment on the weekends.. and a terrific humidor on the upper floor for those who enjoy a good cuban cigar.

On weekends, the Fish Fry at Arawak Cay is alive with local music, karaoke, and rake and scrape for all to enjoy.  It's got local flavor in an outdoor casual environment.

The major hotels have entertainment most nites.  Hitlon has a Jazz vocalist,  Sheraton a local band in the lobby lounge, and Crystal Palace a terrific band in the upstairs lounge overlooking the casino.   Most hotels have no/limited cover charge or drink minimum.  Atlantis Aura niteclub has a significant cover, especially if you are not a guest.

Gambling seems the big thing to do at night in New Providence. And Paradise Island is where you want to be. Atlantis Paradise Casino and Crystal Palace Casino will meet you demands for some serious gambling as these casinos are fully equipped with blackjack, slot machines, craps, baccarat, and sports book betting facilities.

But the place can work great for teens as their parents can keep a close eye on their kids partying experience. Atlantis resort hosts parties for teens up to 17 years old. They is no alcohol and the kids get a sense of a real party environment.   Of course, parents should make sure their children get to and from Club Rush safely.
