I was in Vilnius for Easter weekend, which was in mid-April this year. We were pleasantly surprised that it wasn't too chilly... it wasn't warm weather, but it was comfortable (55-60 degrees, say). The summers are supposed to be gorgeous, but perhaps in Summer, the tourists might make it feel like less of a quiet, still-somewhat-udiscovered destination, which was a big part of its charm.
