Visitors to Northampton have a number of options for getting around the city and the rest of the country with public transportation.

            Traveling to and from Northampton from around North America by coach is possible with the Greyhound Bus Company, who has a station in the city center.  The Amtrak Railway Company connects many towns and cities across the continental United States, but the closest station to Northampton is located in Boston, which is about a two hour drive east.
