Like to travel to cold places. This year however we cruised through the Panama Canal with several stops between Fort Lauderdale and San Diego. We would have preferred a direct sailing (LOL) but this was not available. Previously have enjoyed Newfoundland, preceded by Alaska, Ireland, New Zealand. Have lived on Baffin Island and in Sri Lanka. Planning a trip to Iceland in 2009. Enjoy cruising, and getting good value for my hard earned money. Enjoy meeting interesting local people and hearing local stories. Rather cook my own food than eat in most restaurants. Enjoy camping, but like a nice bathroom once in a while!
