I like to be comfortable when I travel, so I splurge (probably more often than I should). But outside the hotel I like to blend in, try local cuisine, go to the off the beaten path places. I teach philosophy for a living and enjoy experiencing life as others do. I especially enjoy visiting sacred spaces.
