Hello, I often travel for Business and Family Vacations. I stay about 20-40 nights a year at hotels. I blend in the best deals and best hotels to get the best value. I typically stay at Mariotts, Hyatt Place, and Hilton properties so I have a pretty good feeling of what is good. To me one of the best quality hotels I have ever stayed at was called the Equitorial in Shanghai China followed by the newly remolded Mandalay Property in Las Vegas. I hate crappy service, smelly rooms, and horrible beds. I also scan each area for security and safety since I often travel with females and children. Seedy areas of town are avoided at all costs. I believe my reviews will be spot on to what you can expect to experience. No fluffy overdrawn crap that overrates a place. A 5 star is tough to get as well as a 4 star. Most Hiltons, Mariotts, and Hyatts fall into my 3 to 4 star range.
